Scott is survived by: his father Jerald W. He loved spending time with his family and friends camping, fishing, hunting and going on family trips, especially anywhere with a sandy beach. He helped build their log home up Hobble Creek Canyon, where the family currently lives, and enjoyed the beautiful mountain scenery and wildlife. He was so proud of his sons and all of their successes and always supported their various interests and activities. Together, Scott and Britt raised three amazing sons: Casey, Rylin, and Keyan. Scott was a very devoted husband and father. He cared deeply about the company and was instrumental in the company’s continued success. He worked there for over 20 years and enjoyed the many friendships and time spent with co-workers. After returning to Utah, he then attended flight school in Provo, Utah.Īfter flight school, instead of pursuing a career with aircrafts, Scott began working for Curecrete Chemical Company as the Production Manager and was a crucial part of the company. ![]() In 1997, they moved to Arlington, Texas, where he attended aircraft maintenance school, specializing in airframe and powerplant mechanics and graduated in 2000. Shortly after graduating, he met and married the love of his life, Britt Deegan, on Octoin Salt Lake City, Utah. Scott grew up in Utah Valley and graduated from Mountain View High school in 1988. He passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family. Scott Jones, 50, of Springville, Utah, passed away early Thursday morning December 17, 2020, after a courageous battle with cancer.
